Travis Hicks is the co-owner and President of Flatline K9. Travis’ career in law enforcement has spanned more than 20 years and he is currently a K9 officer. At the same time, Travis also served as a paramedic for over 20 years. Travis has a bachelor’s degree in business management and has completed numerous courses toward his master’s degree in workforce education and development. He is a certified Master Trainer through Tarheel Canine School for Dog Trainers, having successfully completed their six month resident master trainer course. Travis has taught numerous courses based on K9 TECC standards, Police K9 Magazine Cop conferences, as well as Military Working Dog Magazine conferences at multiple locations throughout the United States. Travis is married and has a daughter who just graduated esthetician school, a son who is in grade school, a baby granddaughter, a stepson who is leaving for Army National Guard basic training, and a step daughter in high school.
