Wendell Brewer is a dedicated Staff Development Specialist with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security. With extensive experience in emergency preparedness and response, Wendell plays a critical role in organizing and evaluating functional exercises for Region 4. He is actively involved in designing and approving exercise in accordance with IEMA regulations, collaborating closely with whole community stakeholders. Wendell’s expertise in emergency management is complimented by his commitment to enhancing cybersecurity awareness and resilience among public sector professionals.
